When paying for your order with a credit card, the payment processing (including entering your card number) takes place on a secure processing system's page that has passed international certification. This means that your confidential information (card details, registration information, etc.) does not enter the online store; their processing is completely protected, and no one, including our online store, can access the customer's personal and banking information.

When working with card data, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is applied, a standard developed by international payment systems Visa and Mastercard, which ensures the secure processing of cardholder information. The data transmission technology used guarantees security for transactions with bank cards through the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols, Verified by Visa, Secure Code, and closed banking networks with the highest level of protection.

Payment via the Quick Payment System (QPS)

The Quick Payment System (QPS) is a service of the Russian Central Bank's payment system that allows individuals to make payments for goods/services through any QPS participating bank. The list of participating banks is published on the official website. The security of transfers is ensured on the side of all QPS participating banks: banks, the Central Bank of Russia, and NSPK, using modern security systems. QPS complies with all information security standards.

Refund Policy

Dear Customers, we would like to inform you that when requesting a refund of funds in case of a purchase refusal, the refund is exclusively made to the same bank card that was used for the payment.
